What began as Abdullah Ibrahim Mohamed’s visionary idea to acquire buildings in 1970 has evolved into a remarkable journey for ASOON, a company that continues to push boundaries and embrace innovation.

ASOON’s transformative journey began in the year 2000, when AIMS Holding laid the foundation for its Property Maintenance Department.
Recognizing the potential for growth and diversification, the company expanded its portfolio by acquiring hotels, furnished apartments, and various other buildings.
As these assets multiplied, the demand for a comprehensive facility management solution which included renovation, repair, upgrades, and other essential services became evident.
With its years of invaluable experience in the field, AIMS Holding took the strategic decision to broaden its reach and establish a dedicated Facility Management Company named Maharat.
This new venture marked a significant milestone in the company’s journey, as it aimed to meet the evolving needs of its clients.
Driven by a commitment to adapt to the ever-changing landscape of the business world, Maharat pioneered innovative solutions for all aspects of facility management. However, the company’s dedication to progress did not stop there.
In 2023, Maharat underwent a momentous transformation and rebranded itself as ASOON, signifying a fresh breakthrough aimed to serve the objectives of 2030.
